Location

The Palazzo dello Sport - Roma is the Capital’s largest events venue.
It was constructed as a Sports Hall for the EUR district on the basis of a project by Pierluigi Nervi and Marcello Piacentini for the 1960 Rome Olympics and is considered one of the masterpieces of Italian Rationalism. It was refurbished and returned to the city in 2003 by the ForumNet Group. ForumNet manages the venue through the company All Events, thus allowing it to be the only Italian venue to be part of the EAA (European Arenas Association),along with the Mediolanum Forum.
As well as representing a fixed leg for the concerts of the leading Italian and international music stars, the Palazzo dello Sport - Roma regularly hosts large sporting events, shows, corporate conventions, trade fairs and competitions.

The Central Arena (that features a dome 35 m high and 45 m wide) hosts up to 11,500 people in different set-up configurations.

A Panoramic Tier (3,000 sqm) runs around the top of the arena: an exclusive position for events of up to 2,500 seated people.
Inside the ring there are also 4 suites and 14 Skybox, exclusive and reserved areas for companies.
The Palazzo dello Sport - Roma offer is completed by the Tevere Hall (700 sqm) and an external area of 20,000 sqm with a panoramic terrace (2,400 sqm), overlooking the EUR lake.
The position of the Palazzo dello Sport - Roma within the EUR district – where it is one of the main architectural features – makes it easily reachable from both Termini Station and Fiumicino Airport, as well as from the city’s ring-road, the Grande Raccordo Anulare.
Over 850,000 people visit the Palazzo dello Sport - Roma every year.
