The Central Arena is the heart of the Unipol Forum.
It is situated at a height of 4.96 metres above grade level and is the largest space inside the venue.
As well as being used for the concerts of the biggest international music stars, major shows and sporting events with different configurations and areas, the Central Arena is the ideal setting for corporate conventions in a range of different layouts (on the long side or short side, using the parterre area, with the modular use of the stands, etc.), gala dinners and receptions, competitions and trade fair events.
A blackout system for the stands allows the capacity to be reduced from 15,800 to 3,500 places, while the parterre area alone can seat 2,000 people.
Along the two sides of the Arena there are 12 changing rooms of different sizes, which are available as service spaces, or the loading and unloading of fit-outs takes place through 2 vehicle entrances, with direct access to the parterre, and through a large freight elevator.
The versatility of the Central Arena is completed by the height of the space, which allows all types of suspended loads.
